  •     1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
  •     1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes
  •     2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  •     1 cup frozen green peas
  •     1 1/2 (4 1/2 ounces) cup of milk
  •     2 - 3 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  •     1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
  •     1/2 can sliced mushrooms
  •     1/2 teaspoon of Mrs Dash garlic & herb seasoning
  •     1 cup of butter crackers crushed (Keebler)

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt.    
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done; drain.  
  3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion flakes, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and 1/2 Mrs Dash garlic & herb seasoning.    
  4. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with butter cracker crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.    
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5-7 minutes.
